Additional Terms
- Rates are quoted in U.S. Dlls.
- Rates are subject to 15% local tax and 2% occupancy tax.
- 15% VAT may be waived as long as participants provide copy of passport, tourist card and pay with a credit card issued by a US bank.
- Rates will apply three (3) days pre/post group dates, European plan (no meals), subject to availability and previous confirmation.
- One or two children ages 17 and under may share room with one or two adults at no extra charge, provided that they use existing bedding. No Children allowed in our Club Level and suites accommodations.
- Club Level rooms include daily Continental breakfasts, evening wine and hors d’oeuvres and butler service.

EARLY ARRIVALS AND/OR LATE DEPARTURES
Must be requested in advance and confirmation for such based upon availability on arrival and/or departure date. We will honor the same rate three days before and after the meeting’s dates.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
Guests should be advised of the Hotel’s check-in and check-out times in advance so they can schedule their arrival and departure times accordingly. Early check-in subject to availability.

Reservations are to be made directly with the Hotel.
Individuals can call our U.S. 800 number (800) 433-5451 Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm pacific time. Reservations should not be made using the Starwood reservations number as the information is not posted in that system. They need to identify themselves as members of the global investment conferences group and guarantee with a credit card number.
